Abstract

This paper introduces GA³Ops (Graph-Augmented Agentic AIOps), a framework leveraging trust-governed digital twins for autonomous cloud workload intelligence. The system integrates graph neural networks, temporal reasoning, and multi-agent reinforcement learning to enable self-healing, adaptive cloud operations with quantifiable trust guarantees.
